SHIPPING

1. Transportation charges apply as per the quantity of the systems ordered and the distance of the delivery location from Bangalore Central Business District(CBD) Area.
2. Transportation charges are to be paid to confirm the order and the balance is to be paid on delivery.
3. Transportation charges are not refundable in case the customer refuses to accept or rejects the product at the time of delivery.
4. Delivery is handled by our in-house team.

RETURNS

1. The product is eligible for return at the end of the specified rental period as per your order.
2. Early returns or returns before the rental period expires will be charged for the entire agreed rental period.
3. Pickup will be handled by our in-house delivery team. Please let us know a day before the return.
