Terms and Conditions: Rental of Computer System or Peripherals.

1.     Rental Charges are payable in advance. The price quoted is for the specific system configuration delivered to the customer as per our DC. The rental charges are payable in advance ( on delivery by CASH ONLY ).The system is the sole property of TAURUS TECHNOLOGIES AND HAS TO BE RETURNED ON DEMAND. “ Computer System “ shall mean the CPU Unit, Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse, Power cables and all other accessories/components as mentioned in the DC. In the case of Laptop, the “ computer “ shall mean the system along with Power adapter, Cary bag and any other accessory listed in the DC.

2.     Renewal: In case the computer system is not returned back by the due date, the system will automatically be considered renewed and charges towards the same will be collected. Extensions are made in multiples of the hire period.

3.   The system/s are liable to be taken back without notice if  :

 - The Rental charges due are not paid in advance each month.

  - The customers where abouts are not traceable or the address/phone numbers are not correct/changed

    / Unreachable. The Customer does NOT respond to calls from verification department.

 - The customer turns “hostile“in any manner of the word.

 - The safety and security of the computer systems are compromised/threatened in any way.

4.   If the system or peripheral is returned/collected back for any reason what so-ever, before the end of the hiring period, hire charges collected will not be refunded..

5.   The system/s will be delivered to your office and taken back from your office by our service engineer at the end  of the contract period

6.   The system should NOT be opened/serviced /sublet / MOVED, damaged, or subjected to harsh treatment in handling or otherwise during the period of hire.

7.   If systems or components fail due to negligent handling on the customers  part, the customer will make good the loss to TAURUS TECHNOLOGIES..

The partial or total loss of the Computer due to any reason whatsoever including physical damage/water seepage/ water spillage/ seizure by Govt/Customs/theft/ etc.,. will be made good by the customer without dispute. The security and safety of the Computers in the Customers premises is the sole responsibility of the customer. The Computers are not insured. In case of theft/loss/damage/missing/ in any form,/ confiscation by any party, it will be the responsibility of the customer to make good the loss to Taurus Technologies without delay.

      8.   The systems/components shall not be sublet by the customer to any other office/person for any reason.

      9.   TAURUS TECHNOLOGIES is not responsible for any loss of data or any consequential damage to person/ equipment arising out the

use of our equipment.

10. We are not responsible for any software that may be loaded/developed on the system or for the purpose For which the systems are hired/ used.

11. NO on-site service shall be provided for Software/ Application, LAN and VIRUS problems. You are free to take the services of third party WITHOUT opening the warranty seal on the system.
